10 Best New Products at Costco in March

It is no secret that money expert Clark Howard loves all things Costco. It is easy to see why with staples like their Tire Center and Optical Department as well as a constant array of new inventory.

As a superfan of Costco myself, I love walking through the store and discovering fresh, new products. Sometimes, these products are from top-name brands. Sometimes, they are from small, local companies. Regardless, it is all part of the excitement.

New Products at Costco This Month

Each month, I will take a look at the newest Costco products. While the majority will be under $100, if I find a particularly good deal or hot find, I will let you know.

Remember: Costco products are not guaranteed to be there from month to month, so if you discover a new product that you can’t live without, be sure to snag it.

This month, I am focusing on amazing new items with a nod to spring and outdoor activities.

Mrs. Meyer’s Clean Day Hand Soap, 16 fl oz, 4-pack

Why I chose this:

They’re back! Costco is once again selling Mrs. Meyer’s soaps. When I recently entered my club, this was one of the first things I spotted. The last time I talked about these, I received several emails from people expressing gratitude.

Once again, I decided to do a quick price comparison. Walmart is selling a similar 4-pack for $31.93, while Costco is selling them in-club for $17.99 and online for $24.99. If you happened to snag these in-store, that would make them roughly $4.50 per bottle.

Folgers Classic Medium Roast K-Cups, 100-count

Why I chose this:

Costco recently started selling K-Cups from the brand with the famous slogan “The best part of waking up is (blank) in your cup.” That’s right, Folgers Classic Roast. I am pretty particular when it comes to my coffee, but this is a great deal for Folgers fans. It sells for $42.99 online but may be cheaper at your local club.

Staples is selling 96 counts of the same pods for $62.99, making it roughly $0.66 per pod. Keurig Direct is about $0.56 per pod, and here at Costco, it is $0.43 per pod. Be sure to check this out and compare the price to your club.

Disney Spring Village, 13-piece Set

Why I chose this:

I saw this recently at my local store, and it was perhaps the coolest Disney item I have seen at Costco in a long time. This village comes with 13 pieces and plays joyful spring music. It has a timer function that can be set for 6 hours on and 18 hours off.

My club was selling this for $79.99. Online, it is $89.99, with shipping included. When I was looking at the display, I was not alone. Several people were chatting about the quality and the price. I would be remiss if I did not point out the 119 people who rated it five stars on Costco.com

Chemical Guys Complete Clean 12 PC Car Wash Kit

Why I chose this:

I’m obsessed with keeping my car clean, and I missed out on this bucket the last time Costco sold it. When I entered my club, I immediately spotted it and knew it was coming home with me. It comes with cleaning mitts, shampoo, a towel, a wheel cleaner, a tire brush, air fresheners, and more — everything you would need to clean your car at home.

A typical car wash costs around $20, and this bucket would pay for itself in just a few washes. It is not sold online yet, but my club was selling it for $49.99. I will report back after I give it a try.

SunVilla 10’ Auto-Tilt Market Umbrella

Why I chose this:

As we put away the shovels and get our outdoor spaces in order, it might be time to replace that umbrella that has seen better days. Costco is selling this 10-foot umbrella for $159.99.

This umbrella is lightweight and sturdy, made with rust-resistant aluminum. It has a fade — and chip-resistant power coat finish and can tilt effortlessly. It is important to note that you will need your own base, as it is not included. With four colors to choose from, it is sure to match your unique style.

Stanley Jr. Garden Tool Set

As we continue to celebrate spring’s arrival, I wanted to include something for the kids to play with and participate in the spring clean-up action. Costco is selling this adorable Stanley garden tool set.

This set comes with three “power tools” and features realistic lights and sounds. Batteries are included for all three tools. It is recommended for ages three and up. My local club did not have this, but the online price of $59.99 does include shipping.

Fouta Beach Towel

Why I chose this:

OK, so outside spring cleanup is not your thing. That’s not a problem! Costco is already looking ahead to beach weather by selling assorted beach towels. There are four patterns to choose from, and they cost $14.99, including shipping.

These 100% cotton towels are 40” W x 72” L and feature a sand and sun side.

Igloo Beverage Tote

Why I chose this:

In keeping with our theme of looking ahead to spring and summer, I was preoccupied with visiting friends at backyard BBQs and beach visits when I stumbled upon this cooler tote.

This cooler tote comes in either black or brown and is completely insulated with a padded removable divider. It also has an adjustable strap for hands-free carrying, which is perfect when carrying trays and other things. The cooler is leak-resistant and easy to clean. It costs $29.99 online, but my club was selling it for $19.99.

Denmark Stoneware 4-Section Serving Tray

Why I chose this:

Speaking of carrying trays … I love stoneware. From the look to the gritty feel, it is the best. When I saw this on the new items for the March list, I had to include it.

This tray has a nonporous glaze and is scratch-resistant. Costco says that the modern design is perfect for formal or casual occasions, and I could not agree more. A bonus selling feature is that it is both microwave and dishwasher-safe.  This looks like one of those really expensive name-brand plates without the expense. Costco is selling this for $24.99 online, and that does include shipping.

Happy Tails Square Loonies, Cow, Rooster, Pig Dog Toys 3-count

Why I chose this:

I had to include something for our furry friends, and when I saw these whimsical toys, I knew they were the perfect addition.

These dog toys are made from soft plush and have an inner liner. They also contain a squeaker and are machine washable.

Based on the dog in the photo, I will take his word that they are fun to play with. Costco sells these for $21.99 online and $17.99 at my local club.
